New Delhi, Jan. 27 -- Opposition MPs on Tuesday voiced a wide range of concerns, diverging from the government's appeal for Budget-focused discussions at an all-party meeting convened ahead of the Budget session of parliament.
AAP MP Sanjay Singh criticised the government's foreign policy, citing alleged "atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh" and perceived US slights against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also raised issues of alleged insults to a Shankaracharya in Prayagraj and voter deletions linked to SIR.
NCP-SCP MP Fauzia Khan pushed for parliamentary discussions on pollution and the implementation timeline for the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, alongside MGNREGA.
