Thiruvananthapuram, July 20 -- Kerala Police arrested 141 more persons in 123 cases during the latest phase of its statewide anti-narcotics campaign, Operation Toofan, taking the total number of cases registered under the drive to 7,576.
The latest action has pushed the cumulative number of arrests under the operation to 8,142, according to the State Police Media Centre.
Police said that since the launch of the campaign, they have seized 6,075.292 grams of MDMA, 637.637 kg of ganja, and 3,909.039 grams of hashish oil from various parts of the state.
