Kannauj, April 19 -- A tragic road accident took place early Sunday morning in Kannauj district's Saurikh police station area.
The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on Nademau Road near Nagla Pasa village, when a speeding unidentified vehicle collided head-on with an e-rickshaw.
The impact of the collision was so severe that the e-rickshaw broke into three parts. One youth, identified as 27-year-old Amit Pratap Singh, died due to his injuries.
He was a resident of Bilandpur village and was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead.
Four others were seriously injured in the accident. The injured include Vishal (22), Sunita Devi (53), and the e-rickshaw driver Ali Haider (55). They were admitted to the Community Health Centre...
