Bengaluru, Aug. 1 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday unveiled an enterprise-led vision for the union Territory's economic revival, arguing that confidence, institutions and entrepreneurship, not subsidies or government spending, would determine its long-term prosperity.
Addressing the IMMBue IIIMBAA Leadership Conclave 2026,Abdullah said governments could build roads, schools and hospitals, but sustainable growth depended on creating an environment where people believed their efforts would be rewarded.
