Bahriach, Oct. 18 -- A 75-year-old man, who had gone to collect wood from the forest in the Motipur range of the Katarniaghat Wildlife Division, was killed in a tiger attack.
When the man, who had gone to the forest on Saturday evening, did not return home until late at night, his family began searching for him. Despite extensive searching, no trace of him was found.
During a second search on Sunday morning, his mutilated body was recovered from bushes deep inside the forest.
