Bhubaneswar, Sept. 13 -- Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra on Sunday called for transforming the nationwide 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' into a people-driven mass movement in Odisha, with active participation of all sections of society.
Speaking on the campaign inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 25 years of public service, Mahapatra said its objective should go beyond organising programmes and focus on inculcating the spirit of service, responsibility and nation-building among people.
