Bhubaneswar, June 20 -- In a major step towards promoting digital governance and enhancing transparency in public services, the Odisha government has decided to introduce cashless transactions across all Sub-Registrar (SR) and District Sub-Registrar (DSR) offices in the State.
The Revenue and Disaster Management Department has initiated a series of measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the digital payment system in registration offices statewide.
The decision was taken at a high-level review meeting chaired by Additional Chief Secretary of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Arabinda Kumar Padhee, on Saturday.
