Bhubaneswar, June 12 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Friday announced free education for students from Kindergarten (KG) to Postgraduate (PG) levels across the state, describing the move as a major step towards making education accessible and universal.

Addressing the media on the completion of two years of his government, the Chief Minister said the initiative is aimed at benefiting all students, with special emphasis on children from economically weaker and underprivileged families, as well as girl students.
