Bhubaneswar, Oct. 26 -- The Odisha government has approved the Building & Management of Aviation Assets and Network (BIMAAN) scheme, a five-year initiative with an outlay of Rs 14,182 crore, aimed at realizing the inclusive vision of "Aviation for All." The Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, approved the scheme last night. Implemented by the Commerce and Transport Department, BIMAAN seeks to position Odisha as a leading aviation hub in eastern India by bringing all aspects of aviation under a single comprehensive framework.
