Bhubaneswar, April 30 -- In a major administrative reform aimed at strengthening the Odisha Right to Public Services Act (ORTPSA), the Odisha government will roll out an Auto Appeal System by May 2026 to ensure faster grievance redressal and timely delivery of public services.

The decision was announced during a review meeting of ORTPSA Nodal Officers from 32 departments, chaired by Suresh Kumar Vasisth, Special Secretary of the General Administration and Public Grievance (GA & PG) Department.

Welcoming the officers, Vasisth said the Odisha Cabinet has formally approved the Auto Appeal provision under ORTPSA, marking a transformative step in governance.
