Bhubaneswar, Dec. 9 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday announced that "Vande Mataram" celebrations will be organised across every district, school, university, and cultural centre in Odisha, marking the 150th anniversary of the iconic national song. Making a statement in the Odisha Assembly, Majhi said each word of Vande Mataram embodies the leadership and spirit of India's freedom movement.

He described the celebration as a sacred opportunity for all legislators, parliamentarians, and public representatives to acknowledge this legacy.
