Bhubaneswar, Sept. 6 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today announced that the Odisha government will develop an industrial corridor linking eastern and western Odisha.
Addressing a grand function in Sambalpur on the occasion of the state-level Nuakhai Bhetghat, Majhi said the proposed corridor will connect Paradip-Choudwar-Dhenkanal-Angul-Sambalpur-Jharsuguda-Sundargarh-Rourkela.
He emphasized that the project will ensure rapid and integrated growth by facilitating uninterrupted industrial services.
The Chief Minister also revealed plans to develop a unique tourism circuit in western Odisha.
