Bhubaneswar, July 10 -- The Odisha government will disburse the fifth instalment of the Subhadra Yojana to 1,01,99,119 eligible women beneficiaries on the occasion of Rakhi Purnima, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida announced after reviewing the scheme's implementation on Friday.
Parida chaired a high-level review meeting at Lok Seva Bhawan to assess the preparedness for the seamless disbursement of the financial assistance under the flagship women-centric scheme.
She directed all district authorities to complete the verification and disposal of applications referred for field enquiry by July 25 and instructed officials to review the progress of such cases on a daily basis to ensure timely completion before the release of the fifth ins...
