Bhubaneswar, Aug. 29 -- The Odisha government has signed six memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with the Department of Posts, ICRISAT and the M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation (MSSRF) to strengthen digital agricultural services, improve seed systems, promote climate-resilient farming and enhance nutrition and livelihoods of farmers across the state.

Deputy Chief Minister and Agriculture & Farmers' Empowerment Minister K V Singh Deo said the initiatives marked a significant shift in Odisha's agricultural landscape, with their success ultimately to be measured by tangible improvements in farmers' incomes and livelihoods.
