Bhubaneswar, April 15 -- The Odisha Government has achieved a major milestone in digital governance with the successful implementation of the Odisha Secretariat Workflow Automation System (OSWAS) across all 115 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), ushering in a new era of efficiency, transparency, and accountability in urban administration.

Spearheaded by the Housing & Urban Development Department (H&UDD), the initiative marks a decisive shift from fragmented, paper-based processes to a streamlined, unified digital workflow system.

The rollout spans 5 Municipal Corporations, 48 Municipalities, and 62 Notified Area Councils (NACs), ensuring comprehensive coverage across urban Odisha.
