Bhubaneswar, May 19 -- In an initiative to strengthen Odisha's emergency healthcare infrastructure, Health and Family Welfare Minister Mukesh Mahaling has sought collaboration with All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, for developing an integrated emergency and trauma care system in the state.
During his visit to the Department of Emergency Medicine and the JPN Apex Trauma Centre at AIIMS New Delhi on Tuesday, the minister reviewed the institute's advanced trauma care facilities, emergency patient management practices and critical care infrastructure.
