Bhubaneswar, May 20 -- Odisha displayed nearly 40 varieties of mangoes from different districts of the state at the Eastern Regional Agriculture Conference held in Bhubaneswar, highlighting the state's growing strength in horticulture and mango production.

Among the major attractions at the exhibition was the bright red-coloured "Similton Sundari" mango from Mayurbhanj, which drew considerable attention from visitors. The premium Miyazaki mango, known for fetching prices of over Rs.1,000 per kilogram in international markets, also emerged as a crowd-puller.
