Bhubaneswar, Aug. 18 -- The Odisha government has rolled out the 'Bidesh Sikhyabruti' scholarship scheme to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities to pursue postgraduate and PhD studies at leading foreign universities.
The Higher Education Department has issued detailed guidelines for the scheme, introduced under the Mukhyamantri Medhabi Chhatra Protsahan Yojana (MMCPY) to make global higher education more accessible to students from disadvantaged communities.
