Bhubaneswar, Aug. 3 -- The Odisha Government on Monday reviewed the Rs 5,000 crore proposal for the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack-Puri-Paradip Economic Region (BCPPER), one of the Centre's four pilot City Economic Regions (CERs), paving the way for the project's submission for Central appraisal and external funding.
Chaired by Chief Secretary Anu Garg, the committee reviewed the Project Proposal Report (PPR) and discussed the roadmap for implementing the project under the Externally Aided Projects (EAP) framework.
