Bhubaneswar, July 6 -- Kandhamal Police have seized more than 512 kg of ganja and arrested several persons, including a suspected interstate drug kingpin from Madhya Pradesh, during a week-long anti-narcotics crackdown under Odisha's Nishamukta Abhiyan (Drug-Free Campaign).

Police sources said on Monday that a series of intelligence-led operations conducted over the past week resulted in the seizure of approximately 512.7 kg of ganja and the dismantling of a major drug trafficking network operating through the district.
