Bhubaneswar, April 15 -- The State's Housing & Urban Development Department (H&UDD) on Wednesday successfully implemented the Odisha Secretariat Workflow Automation System (OSWAS) across all the 115 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in a step towards strengthening urban governance through digital transformation.
The digital reform of this nature marks a decisive transition from fragmented, paper-based administrative systems to a unified, efficient, and transparent digital workflow ecosystem, said officials.
