Bhubaneswar, June 25 -- Odisha Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra has formally launched the department's special publication, "Vikashara Dhara, Odisha Sara," showcasing key achievements and progress made in the urban sector across the state over the last two years.
