Bhubaneswar, May 15 -- The Odisha Government has directed mandatory transfer and rotation of ministerial and field-level employees working under the Revenue Administration who have been serving in the same office for more than three years.
The Revenue and Disaster Management Department has issued instructions to all District Collectors to complete the transfer and rotation process by June 15, 2026 during the ongoing transfer season.
In a letter to all Collectors, Additional Chief Secretary of the department Dr. Arvind Padhee asked district administrations to strictly implement the transfer policy in order to maintain administrative efficiency, transparency and accountability in government offices.
