Bhubaneswar, Sept. 18 -- The Odisha Government has appointed 91 Assistant Professors across 23 broad speciality disciplines and 7 Assistant Professors in 6 superspeciality disciplines at different medical colleges in the state.
Medical education and training in Odisha,official sources said has received a major boost with these new appointments, along with the functionalization of two new government medical colleges - Government Medical College & Hospital, Phulbani (Kandhamal district) and Pabitra Mohan Pradhan Medical College & Hospital, Talcher (Angul district) - in 2025.
