Bhubaneswar, July 24 -- Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati on Friday called upon young people to emerge as solution-oriented leaders and active participants in India's democratic journey, saying true leadership lies in finding solutions that benefit society and strengthen the nation.
Inaugurating the Young Indians Parliament 2026 at the Tennis Auditorium of Kalinga Stadium here, the Governor said India's greatest strength is not merely being the world's largest democracy but the values that unite its people.
He said democracy flourishes through active citizen participation, accountable institutions and informed public discourse, enabling every citizen to contribute meaningfully to nation-building.
