Bhubaneswar, July 14 -- Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati on Tuesday urged probationary officers of the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS)-2023 batch, to acquire comprehensive knowledge of Central and State welfare schemes and emerge as an effective bridge between the government and citizens.
Interacting with 31 OAS probationers at Abhishek Hall in Lok Bhavan, Kambhampati said administrative officers must have a firm grasp of policy objectives and a clear understanding of ground-level realities to ensure effective governance and efficient public service delivery.
