Bhubaneswar, April 30 -- : With Odisha's urban population expected to nearly double to around 40 percent by 2036 from 17 percent in 2011, the state government has intensified efforts to develop innovative financing models to support rapid urbanisation and position cities as key drivers of economic growth.
