Bhubaneswar, April 13 -- Odisha must urgently operationalise its vast bauxite resources and integrate them with downstream value chains to unlock long-term industrial growth, former Controller General of the Indian Bureau of Mines, R.K. Sinha, said.
Speaking at a policy seminar titled "Odisha's Strategic Opportunity to Lead Globally in the Industries of the Future", organised by the Think Change Forum (TCF) in partnership with the Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster Foundation (BCKIC), here on Sunday, Sinha highlighted aluminium as a critical material for next-generation manufacturing.
