Bhubaneshwar, April 30 -- In an urban development initiative, the State's Housing and Urban Development Department on Thursday emphasized on chalking out financially viable and scalable urban projects to attract institutional financing.
A high-level meeting convened on Thursday laid stress on developing bankable urban projects in collaboration with the National Housing Bank, Housing and Urban Development Corporation, and leading housing finance companies.
