Bhubaneswar, June 7 -- Odisha unveiled its first-ever Sports Chintan Shivir, a two-day high-level consultation in a bid to draw up a comprehensive roadmap for the state's sporting development.
The conclave laid focus on grassroots talent identification, athlete welfare and international competitiveness.
The initiative, organised by the Sports and Youth Services Department, brought together leading sportspersons, administrators, policymakers and experts from across the country to deliberate on strategies for strengthening Odisha's sports ecosystem from the grassroots to the elite level.
