Bhubaneswar, Jan. 5 -- The Odisha government on Monday engaged in a high-level discussion with B.V.R. Subramanyam, Chief Executive Officer of NITI Aayog, to chart long-term development strategies for the state and align them with national growth goals.

Odisha Chief Secretary Anu Garg, along with secretaries of various state departments, attended the meeting, which focused on implementing key programs and schemes of both the state and central governments, in line with the "Developed Odisha 2036" and "Developed India" objectives.

The discussions emphasized the development of the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack-Puri-Paradip-Cuttack Economic Region (BCPPER) as an integrated hub for economic growth and urban development.
