Bhubaneswar, Sept. 11 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today reviewed the fertilizer supply position in the state and directed district collectors to strictly monitor the distribution of fertilizers through PACS and LAMPCS.
The Chief Minister instructed that instead of seizing fertilizers at checking points, the stock should be diverted to the nearest PACS or LAMPCS and made available to farmers.
He also ordered immediate stern action against any complaint of black-marketing, diversion, or sale of spurious fertilizers.
Reviewing the situation at Lok Seva Bhawan, Majhi said there is no shortage of fertilizers in Odisha.
