Bhubaneswar, July 27 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday claimed that 96 per cent of the grievances received during the first 18 rounds of the State-level Public Grievance Hearing Programme have been successfully resolved, attributing the achievement to continuous monitoring of the grievance redressal mechanism from the State to the district level.
Addressing the media after attending the 19th round of the Chief Minister's Public Grievance Hearing Programme at Unit-II in Bhubaneswar, Majhi said the government's grievance redressal system has significantly strengthened public confidence by ensuring prompt disposal of public complaints.
