Bhubaneswar, Feb. 12 -- In a major push to accelerate industrial growth and attract fresh investments, the Odisha government has approved land allocation for 31 long-pending industrial projects.
The decision is expected to unlock significant capital inflow and generate substantial employment opportunities across multiple sectors in the state.
The approvals were granted by the Land Allotment Committee (LAC) under the chairpersonship of IDCO Chairperson Usha Padhee. According to official sources, the move marks a decisive step toward expediting stalled proposals and strengthening Odisha's industrial ecosystem.
Of the 31 cleared projects, a large number belong to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector.
