Bhubaneswar, Nov. 14 -- The Odisha unit of the BJP on Friday lodged a formal complaint with the Cyber Police Station against social worker Sandeep Singh and Odisha BJD leader Manmath Rout for allegedly making obscene, indecent, and misleading remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on social media.

BJP Vice President Jatin Mohanty, who led a delegation , filed two separate complaints at the Bhubaneswar Cyber Police Station.

He stated that Sandeep Singh, who identifies as a social worker, posted false allegations against Prime Minister Modi on his social media platform X, which Mohanty described as a punishable offence.
