Bhubaneswar, Aug. 7 -- Odisha has secured investment proposals worth Rs 43,437 crore on the first day of the Odisha Food Pro 2026 roadshow held in New Delhi on Friday, reflecting strong investor confidence in the State's emerging food processing ecosystem.

The roadshow witnessed the signing of 27 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) involving a proposed investment of Rs 41,748 crore, with the potential to generate 35,252 employment opportunities.

Besides, the Odisha Government received 12 Investment Intent Forms (IIFs) involving a proposed investment of Rs 1,689 crore, which are expected to create 8,064 employment opportunities.
