Bhubaneswar, Nov. 17 -- Biju Mahila Janata Dal (BMJD) President and BJD candidate for the Nuapada by-election Snehangini Chhuria, has accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of winning the Nuapada by-poll through large-scale vote rigging, allegedly involving the district administration, police, and election officials.
Chhuria stated that during her election campaign, she visited every panchayat and NAC area in Nuapada district and witnessed overwhelming support for the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) and its President, Naveen Patnaik.
