Bhubaneswar, May 19 -- A four-member student team from Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), the faculty of engineering and technology of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) University, has won the prestigious 'People's Choice Award' at TECHgium 2026, the flagship national innovation challenge organised by L&T Technology Services.
The grand finale of the ninth edition of TECHgium was held recently at the LTTS campus in Mysore. The competition sought to bridge the gap between industry and academia by providing engineering students across the country an opportunity to develop working prototypes addressing real-world industrial challenges in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, robotics and smart manufacturing.
