Bhubaneswar, June 23 -- The Opposition Biju Janata Dal (BJD) today accused the Odisha government of delaying the recruitment of lecturers through the State Selection Board (SSB), alleging that the failure to issue a fresh recruitment notification for the past two years has left over 50,000 qualified aspirants into a state of uncertain future.
