Bhubaneswar, Feb. 11 -- Colour King Organization, with the support of the Department of Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SSEPD), today organized a grand Art and Music Festival to showcase the talent, creativity, and indomitable human spirit of students with disabilities.
