Bhubaneswar, March 26 -- Since the BJP government came to power in 2024, the Odisha Vigilance has made a seizure of Rs. 248.91 crore ill-gotten assets and arrested as many as 369 individuals including IAS and State administrative officers under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said.

Asserting the government zero-tolerance policy towards corrupt practices, Majhi told the Assembly yesterday that the anti-corruption wing of police registered 376 criminal cases against 640 persons, including 104 Class-I officers & 78 Class-II officers and arrested 369 persons, which include 75 Class-I officers & 56 Class-II officers since BJP came to power on 12 June 2024.
