Nagpur, Oct. 11 -- A high-level committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Dr. Narendra Jadhav to ensure the implementation of the "Three-Language Policy" in Maharashtra schools, in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, a press release said.
According to the release, the objective is to prepare this report as a visionary one through maximum public participation.
Currently, around 2.12 crore students are pursuing school education in Maharashtra. The report prepared by the Three-Language Policy Committee is expected to remain effective for at least 20 years.
During this period, the committee will be considering the future of around 42 to 44 crore children.
