Imphal, Aug. 4 -- The Directorate of Other Backward Classes (OBC), Scheduled Castes (SC) and Minority Affairs, Government of Manipur, on Tuesday highlighted a series of educational, skill development and infrastructure initiatives being implemented for the welfare of OBCs, SCs, minority communities and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the State.
The initiatives were outlined by Director Dr Yumnam Suraj Singh during the ninth session of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR)'s "Meet the Press" programme held at the DIPR Auditorium here.
