New Delhi, May 12 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta had conducted a surprise check at the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) hospital, visiting various wards across the medical institution, meeting patients and also the nursing staff to take stock of the arrangements and working conditions.
Gupta, who witnessed the working, lauded the efforts of the entire nursing staff and their spirit of selfless service to the ailing patients admitted in the hospital.
During the visit on Monday, the eve of International Nurses Day, CM Gupta also spent time speaking with the nursing staff in an informal and heartfelt manner, listening to their experiences and acknowledging the challenges of their profession.
