Dharamshala, July 22 -- Continuing its drive under the Nasha Mukt Himachal Abhiyan, the Nurpur Police have arrested a 19-year-old youth and seized 10.16 grams of heroin (commonly known as chitta) from his possession during a routine checking operation at the Kandwal police barrier.
According to police, a CIA team of Nurpur Police District was on patrol, intelligence gathering and traffic checking duty on July 21 when it intercepted an HRTC bus (HP 31 A 8869) arriving from Pathankot at around 1:50 pm.
