Chennai, March 19 -- Devoid of any freebies, the 460-page election manifesto of Naam Tamizhar Katchi (NTK) of actor-director Seeman for April 23 Assembly polls promises to establish a five Capital Model for Tamil Nadu and voting rights for Tamil diaspora.
Thle manifesto christened 'Engal Thirunaatil Engal Nallaatchiye' (Our good governance in our country), and released by Seema also promises a state-run rail network, and establishing a Supreme Court Bench in Tamil Nadu, among others.
