New Delhi, April 9 -- The National Students' union of India (NSUI) marked its Foundation Day with enthusiasm at Indira Bhawan on Thursday, with students, leaders, and members from across the country in attendance.

Addressing the gathering, NSUI National President Vinod Jakhar extended greetings to party workers and underlined the organisation's commitment to upholding its legacy.

He stressed that resisting anti-student policies remains a core responsibility and paid tribute to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, regarded as the founder of NSUI, saying her vision continues to guide the body.
