New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- The much-awaited initial public offering (IPO) of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) is set to hit the primary market, with the exchange fixing the price band at Rs 1,700-1,785 per share. At the upper end of the price range, retail investors will need a minimum of Rs 14,280 to apply for one lot.

The NSE IPO will have a lot size of eight shares. With the price band now finalised, investors will be watching the subscription levels, issue valuation and demand across different investor categories as the public offering progresses.
