Jammu, Sept. 6 -- To clear the rush of stranded passengers, the Northern Railways will be operating special trains between Katra-Sangaldan in Jammu Division of Jammu and Kashmir.
"Special trains were operated for the passengers and adequate arrangements of food and water were made for the passengers at every important railway station like Katra, Jammu, Pathankot, Manwal etc. and special trains were also operated in the division," they said.
They said that as per the directions of the Divisional Railway Manager of Jammu Division, Vivek Kumar and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Uchit Singhal and Senior Divisional Operations Manager, Arish Bansal, it has been decided to run a local train from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Sangaldan f...
