Seoul, Aug. 4 -- North Korea on Tuesday accused the United States, Japan and South Korea of creating a "new security crisis" in the Asia-Pacific by expanding military cooperation and rejected accusations by 11 countries over its alleged cyber activities, calling them politically motivated.
In separate statements carried by the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), Pyongyang said Washington and its allies were strengthening their warfighting capabilities through large-scale joint military exercises while using cyber allegations to justify pressure on North Korea.
